Client acknowledges that a Google Analytics account is required for Solid Cactus to provide the Solid Cactus YouTube Video Optimization/Channel Management Package.
SEO Copywriting Solid Cactus will provide one (1) search engine optimized video description, one (1) search engine optimized title, and appropriate video tags for one (1) video to be uploaded to the Client’s YouTube channel. Titles, video tags, and video descriptions allow for the targeting of a keyword both in YouTube itself and within search engines. Each video description will be approximately 125 words and will be centered on keyword phrases pertaining to the content of the video as well as the Client’s brand and which keywords the Client would ideally like to rank for. Solid Cactus will provide Client with the appropriate title, tags, and description for upload with the video content. Client is then responsible for ensuring the title, tags, and description are uploaded to the Client YouTube channel. Client also acknowledges that they are responsible for the uploading of all YouTube video content.
Social Media Promotion Solid Cactus will cross promote the search engine optimized video by posting a link to the video on two (2) of the Client’s social media channels (e.g. Twitter and Facebook). Client acknowledges that they will need to grant Solid Cactus access to the social media accounts prior to campaign management and throughout the term of the Agreement. In the event that access cannot be granted, Solid Cactus will provide Client with the appropriate social media messaging for posting. Client is then responsible for ensuring the messages are posted accordingly.
Community Management Solid Cactus will assist in the management of the community on the channel by providing one (1) hour of service each month to moderate comments on videos, encourage discussion, and respond to user feedback on the channel. Client acknowledges that access to the Client YouTube channel must be granted prior to campaign management and throughout the term of the Agreement. If in the event access cannot be granted, Solid Cactus will advise client on the appropriate responses to user feedback, video comments, etc.
Video Optimization Report Client will receive monthly Video Optimization report detailing SEO work performed during the previous month on the YouTube channel. Reports are manually generated and can take several weeks after the end of the month to generate. Solid Cactus will report on the impact the SEO video optimization techniques had on the Client YouTube channel. In order for adequate SEO reporting, Client must have Google Analytics enabled and must grant access thereto to Solid Cactus.
Google Analytics YouTube Integration Solid Cactus will enable Google Analytics tracking on the YouTube channel for monthly reporting and observation of video performance. Client acknowledges that they are responsible for the creation of a Google Analytics account prior to beginning video optimization services. Access to the Client Google Analytics account must be granted to Solid Cactus prior to campaign management and throughout the term of the Agreement.
Revisions:
One (1) concept, in the form of keyword research, social media postings, video tags, a copywriting draft, press release draft, blog post draft, link building site compilation, social media set-up, etc, will be provided to the client. Solid Cactus will honor two (2) small revisions to this.
Monthly SEO Consulting Solid Cactus will provide the Client with an allotted amount of SEO consulting hours each month, dependent upon the Client’s monthly contract value, as outlined below. All consulting hours are to be scheduled in advance with assigned SEO Account Manager, and Solid Cactus will respond to the Client’s communication in a timely manner. SEO consulting hours can take the form of weekly strategy or update calls or emails, advising the Client on SEO best practices, proper SEO techniques, SEO recommendations, analytics or Google Webmaster Tools analysis, and other SEO questions or advice sought by the Client. The Client is responsible for implementing the SEO recommendations and advice.
These hours do not include monthly reporting, unless a specific, advanced reporting style is requested. The consulting hours cannot be used for on-site work. Each call/email received will be billed in fifteen (15) minute increments. Unused hours from each month will not roll over to the next month.
