One-Time:
Introductory Questionnaire and Call – Solid Cactus will send client an introductory questionnaire to better understand the client’s business and industry. Solid Cactus will then conduct a thirty (30) minute introductory call with client to review the SEO monthly management, schedule the monthly account update call or email, and answer any follow-up questions.
SEO Roadmap - After the introductory call, Solid Cactus will compile an SEO Roadmap document on behalf of the client's SEO campaign, outlining the campaign's launch date, SEO deliverables, monthly process, success metrics, and other important Solid Cactus SEO information. This will be completed and sent to the client approximately 3-5 business days after the introductory call.
Monthly Recurring:
SEO Account Management - Solid Cactus will provide the Client with the following account management services:
- Monthly Account Update Call/Email: Solid Cactus will provide the client with a thirty (30) minute monthly SEO account update phone call (or email, if preferred) to discuss the SEO strategy, completed deliverables, SEO results thus far, expansion opportunities, or anything relating to contract deliverables.
- Biweekly Account Update Email: Solid Cactus will provide the client with a biweekly account update via email twice per month. This communication will focus on completed deliverables, strategy questions, campaign results, or anything relating to contract deliverables.
- SEO Consulting: Solid Cactus will provide the client with one (1) hour of SEO consulting each month. It is the client's responsibility to schedule any consulting phone calls with the SEO Account Manager in advance. Solid Cactus will respond to the client's phone call requests or email communication in a timely manner. SEO consulting can take the form of answering client SEO questions, advising the client on SEO best practices and SEO recommendations, providing analytics or Google Webmaster Tools analysis, and other SEO questions or advice sought by the Client. The Client is responsible for implementing the SEO recommendations and advice. Each call/email received will be billed in fifteen (15) minute increments. Unused hours from each month will not roll over to the next month. Client may purchase additional consulting hours at $75/hr.
Month 1: Facebook Page Creation and Strategy + Facebook Consulting
Solid Cactus will create a Facebook Business Page on behalf of the Client to reasonably reflect the Client’s local presence. The Page will consist of enabling and populating the “Info”, “Photos”, “Wall”, and “Events” tabs. The Client must send any photos they would like to be populated into the “Photos” tab. The Client should supply the Account Manager with up to six events (upcoming food specials, special events, promotions, etc) to be populated into the “Events” tab. Four example “Wall” posts will be created.
Solid Cactus will also create a detailed strategy in accordance with the Client’s local presence and branding, following the various monthly strategy points listed below and tailoring them to the Client’s individual business and goals.
Solid Cactus will provide the client with two hours of Facebook consulting services. All consulting and work is to be scheduled in advance with assigned Account Manager, and Solid Cactus will respond to the Client’s communication in a timely manner. Facebook consulting services can take the form of advising the client on Facebook best practices, proper Facebook techniques, and other Facebook questions and advice sought by the client. The client is responsible for implementing the Facebook recommendations and advice. Each call/email received will be billed in fifteen (15) minute increments. The Client will be billed the full amount each month, in advance until canceled. Unused hours from each month will not roll over to the next month, so any remaining hours will be lost after the Client’s billing cycle ends. Client may purchase additional hours at $75 per hour.
Month 2: Facebook Boost Campaign + Facebook Consulting
Solid Cactus will create a Facebook boost campaign using Facebook’s paid ads to increase the amount of “Likes” for the page and spread local brand awareness. Solid Cactus will develop a demographic and geographic audience targeting strategy and create corresponding ads. Solid Cactus will manage the Facebook ads throughout Month Two (2). Client is responsible for continuing to manage and fund the Facebook ads after Month Two (2), if client should decide to continue with them. Otherwise, Solid Cactus will pause the ads at the conclusion of Month Two (2).

All consulting and work is to be scheduled in advance with assigned Account Manager, and Solid Cactus will respond to the Client’s communication in a timely manner. Month 3: Core Landing Page Creation + Facebook Consulting
Solid Cactus will enable a custom landing page tab on the Facebook Page, with the page representing a core aspect of the Client’s local business – a menu, service offerings/prices, mission statement, partner/agent biographies, testimonials, etc. Design work will consist of branding the custom landing page in accordance with the Client business logo and theme, with text and photo(s) to round out the landing page. The Client and Account Manager will agree to a landing page that is considered within scope.
One (1) design concept will be provided to the client. Solid Cactus will honor two (2) small revisions to this while the design is still in draft mode.

Month 4: Facebook Places Setup + Facebook Deals Creation + Facebook Consulting
Solid Cactus will work with the Client to enable Facebook Places and create two (2) Facebook Deals to spread awareness, build customer loyalty, and encourage people to visit the local business, in accordance with Facebook Deals best practices. Once Client approves the proposed Deals, Solid Cactus will populate the information and create the deal. The client is responsible for notifying their staff of the deal and honoring the deal.
Solid Cactus will provide the client with one (1) hour of Facebook consulting services per month. All consulting and work is to be scheduled in advance with assigned Account Manager, and Solid Cactus will respond to the Client’s communication in a timely manner. Facebook consulting services can take the form of advising the client on Facebook best practices, proper Facebook techniques, and other Facebook questions and advice sought by the client. Continuation:
Facebook is an ongoing marketing initiative that must be regularly updated and added upon to cultivate additional “Likes” and result in engagement with the local business. This is a six (6) month auto-renewing contract, requiring the Client to grant Solid Cactus 30 days written notice should the Client not want to renew the contract after six (6) months. Should the client renew, the monthly fee will be the same as the first six (6) months, with one (1) hour of consulting each month + the recommended Facebook marketing method most ideal for the Client’s business that month (Facebook boost campaign, landing page creation, Facebook Deals creation, promotions/contests, etc), as determined by the Solid Cactus and Client strategy.
