Custom hold music or a hold message can be implemented into the Services by Client supplying Solid Cactus with a CD containing an .MP3 or .WAV file of audio that the Client would like to have implemented into the Services. Solid Cactus may refuse to implement any music or message that it feels, at its sole discretion, is inappropriate, improper, illegal or infringing on the rights of another party in any way whatsoever.
An additional $10 per month fee applies.
A $100 charge will be incurred for each instance in which Client requests a music or message update.
